What do I need to check before ordering a dist.? Where should I be getting power to dist.?

I'm not getting spark.
Fuel pump runs. Starter works.
Car died after 2 mins. running.
Felt like it ran out of gas.
I suspect the igniter/dist. is bad.

Igniter is $200 from Honda, I've seen complete dist.on E-Bay for less than that.

hit up cxjon on here. he just recently replaced his igniter and it was not $200. he might be able to give you some pointers
