Hub is a chromed S-Racing, here's a pics from my old OMP Corsica (even more dished), you can see it better here:

the wheel moved about 8cm back thanx not only to the hub itself but the dished wheel.

i'm asking about the switches on the vents in the second pic
"Height-adjustable Headlamps
The U.K. gets the same 4 round projector type headlights as the 1998-2000 USDM/Canadian versions except that the UK and European ITRs have electrically height adjustable low beam & high beam units. Using the adjustment switch shown below, the headlights can be levelled to compensate for load in the car. This headlight adjustment feature is common amongst many cars in the European market. Height adjustable headlamps are not found on the JDM models either."

You need to get the JDM ITR lower steering cover to get rid of the hole left when you took out the airbag cable reel. 
Oh BTW, what kind of shift lever do you have? It seems kind of tall.
