just wondering what is a safe C/R for the motor and what cams would give the best midrange. i'm looking at milling the head to 12-1 C/R and polish of the intakes and exhaust. also a 2" exhaust system. i'm looking to build a daily driver and want lots of midrange and some highend power. i'm starting to miss torgue!

i have looked, but everyone is going with vtec and i don't need to rev to 9000rpms so thanks for any information.
