Hondas seem to be engineered to get around 300-350 to the tank with a manual and 250-300 with the auto. I'm talkin all-around eg, ef, ek, tegs and ludes.

I have an EK hatch 5spd, all stock. I get about 30~mpg. $20 to fill up the tank on 89 octane gas and I get upwards of 300 miles before the indicator gets to the "E" Never had the light go on. I usually put $5 in the tank at a time though.

civic cx 5spd = 48mpg
civic lx w/ d16z6 also 5spd= 36 at best but usually 34

i commute 70 miles a day on highways though the cx shaves a few bucks off my weekly commuting costs.

2000 EX 5spd

I can get up to 35mpg on the highway, but I average about 30-32 for normal highway / light mixed driving. City / cold weather / autoX days (lots of idleing), it can drop to about 250 - 300 miles per tank (about 25mpg). And I drive it like I stole it, so they're pretty impressive numbers if you ask me.

In my 94 cx back in the days when i had the stock motor with i/h/e.
It got around 40-45 mpg going hwy and 30-40 going city. If going hwy and some city i got about 30-350 miles per tank.

I have a 94 Civic DX Hatch, It has a d15b8 in it and I get around 33 mpg in town and when I'm on the freeway I usually get around 40 mpg. All I have right now is a cold air intake.

I get right about 38-40 mpg of highway/city driving.

This is in a 97 DX hatch with a D16Y7 and a Greddy turbo kit on it among other things.
