99 B16B (CTR) Engine / 96-98 EX Engine Harness / into 96 EK Hatch Swap Question

I have a 99 B16B (CTR) engine with a 96-98 EX (D16Y8) Engine harness with a OBDIIa Spoon Sports ECU. Am I going to run into any problems? This is all going into a 96 Honda Civic DX. I am mainly concerned with wiring problems!!!

with the 96-98 civic wireharness it should be a cake walk, the obd-2 wire harness are in one piece (to the engine to the ecu), wow that would be soooo easy!! should be no problem.

I'm runing pretty much the same thing but a 00 si motor in my 97hatch. the only problem that you'll run into is the secondary o2 is missing. if you run a jumper back to obd1 then you'll have no codes but if not then what you can do is pull out the check engine light like how i did.
