Okay this is the deal. I swapped a b16a1 into my 91 integra ls and it wont fire up. I turns over in all, has spark, fuel, and the grounds are good. It also is time correctly. Just wondering if I'm missing something. Also I used my original 91 ls harness. Does the b16a1 still need a resistor box? Any help would be great.
