car vibrates really bad when stopped
my g/f has a 96 accord, not sure what model. when she starts the car it vibrates really bad, u can feel it and hear it. when she accelerates it stops but when she comes to a complete stop it starts again. after about 10 mins of driving it will hardly vibrate when stopped like it almost completely stops. any ideas?

I agree with Razor. The mounts are the only thing I can think of. Check all of the mounts. They will probably look damaged or broken. Check the brakes too!!!!

There's always some kind of rubber block between those 2 metal parts. Look for the rubber being torn away from the metal on either side. If you grab the valve cover & try to shake the engine, it'll bang around 'cause the rubber part doesn't hold together.
If it's an automatic tranny, the rear mount (under the middle of the firewall) might be a vacuum-controlled mount. There's a vacuum hose going down to it, with a solenoid valve. It's supposed to get soft when idling in gear, then get hard when driving.
It might also be that when the engine is cold, the idle rpm isn't high enough...

good point, or the idle speed could be too low when the engine is warm. remember the idle speed is about 800 rpm +/- 50 rpm. the engine will shake if the idle is too low.
