i came from the eg family.. got a 2000 4 door accord yesterday nad got in a accident the same day

was not my fault.. bumper and hood is damaged.. i noticed the coupes have three duct holes in the bumper whereas the sedan has 1 large duct/vent.. is there anyway i can fit the bumper with 3 vents on a sedan..


if so what is the item #..

my guess would be no, because aftermarket front bumpers that ive seen for coupes and sedans are sold specifically for coupes or sedans (ie not advertised as for both 2-dr/4-dr). theres a chance they would fit but i wouldnt risk $300 if you couldnt get your money back.

 

wow no one ever tried this.. ?? i guess in the eg forum everything was tried.. i can compare and measure if i had a coupe next to me

 

I am almost positive the 2dr and 4dr bumpers (front and rear) do not match up...obviously anything can with enough money/zip ties and duct tape .

Try http://www.certifit.com for really cheap oem pieces or http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com for your part numbers .

Probably not. From all info I've been reading about, the sedan and coupe share no parts, aside from the headlights.

 

Thanks for asking the question. I was wondering the same thing. I noticed the three ducts on the TL and it make the sedan look more aggressive. Anyone have any first hand experience?
