Default rattleing noise in overdrive

My car has been making this wierd rattling/grinding noise while in overdrive or my 4th gear. The noise lasts 4 seconds after shifting into overdrive and then stops then comes back when I accelerate and stops when i let go, all in overdrive only. It doesnt happen in other gears and Im thinking it could be my distributer for some reason cuz it also sound like its a spinning noise. Also its coming from my passenger side and it happens during 2K to3500k rpm when i accelerate in overdrive . Anyone know what this can be? thanks

Catalytic converter heat shield can be a source of noise. The bolts rust and shield gets loose. A stainless steel hose clamp can resecure the shield if thats your problem.

good luck
