itb's + vafc tuning..... obd2? :o
I know this isn't the preferred method, but there were a few guys out in Cali running something like this. Wasn't it team pac man or something like that?
The reason I'd like to do it is to see how far I can take it, and as a temporary solution for when I have to go get emissions 1x a year...
Anyone?

when i tried tuning my car with ITBs and VAFC it was runing really rich until about 3-4k. Then it made asesome power. But i didnt have the IAC hooked up. I would recomend hooking up the IAC to your vacuum manifold, to prevent it from runing rich down low.

i tuned my itb's w/ just a vafc, fpr, and a plx wideband. *** for the obd2 factor, i don't think it can happen. with the itbs, you are going to be running rich and that could throw a code in the obd2 computer. just convert to obd1. i have a kenji chipped ecu (
) and i have really no problems at all. at sea level my car hauls compared to up here at 4500 feet. itbs make every little elevation or air temp change radical. it really affects power if it is hot outside, but benefits greatly form the cold.

i had a similar setup except obd1 ran perfect everyday as far as running rich on the low end if you have a vafc you can simply go under narrow throttle and lean it out from there. been there done that
