Today I installed an Itr rear sway on a customers 96 GSR today. You can totally feel the difference in the stiffness of the rear. I drove the car before and after I did it and it was an obvious difference. He used the beaks kit with oem bushings and bar. The puny stock bar could be flexed back and forth easily with your hand while you could stand on the itr bar, its BIG. Definately worth the money... everyone buy one!

The ABS brackets have 2 holes, one of them offset, to mount to the subframe. You have to cut off the tab w/ the offset hole in order to be able to still bolt it up to the subframe via the other hole.

I just stuck the brackets in a vise and went at em w/ my Dremel w/ reinforced cutoff wheel.

I don't doubt it's a good product, but it's also 3x more expensive than the ITR setup.

I also heard that the Comptech endlinks have had problems.... not first-hand experience I know, just letting you know what I heard.

Breaking the tackwelded bolts on the inside of the subframe was a little difficult. I used an air chiseland it still took some work. Beaks recommends using a hammer and chisel, so you need to hit those bastards hard.
Kevin450: yes it is, if you buy the Beaks kit at http://www.beaksproducts.com to make it compatible. search for more info.

Alright, cool. Thanks Patrick. I've been thinking about the Beaks kit for a while now, just haven't gotten the money to order it. A lot of peopel say BSQ kit to save money but honestly it's not that big of a price difference and I heard that the Beaks kit is mounted better.
Also... I know Beaks makes a tie bar for EGs and EKs... do these work with the DC2?

I have one on my DA, and it's simply amazing. Quite an improvement over the 19mm SusTec bar.
I'd say I'm one of less than 6 people that are currently running this bar on a DA. My install is all custom, with a beefy 1/4" steel backing plate to keep the upper and lower bolts from tearing out.
