mm one thing i noticed when i bought my car is that it was lowered. the original stock stprings was given to me on sale of the car but that meens new springs are in the car. now comes to my question if the springs has been changed do the shocks need to be changed as well because i think its still using the stock shocks. im a bit worried it might do more harm to the car than its worth.
and also i was looking into some newer shocks as i notice its kinda harsh going over big bumps feels rather umm bumpy and bouncy. some help on weather i should just throw the stock springs back in or purchase new shocks?
also recomendations to some maybee average shocks not to expensive. nothing like koni adjustables or somthing like that =P

well it depends, do you like it lowered or not? if not then slap on the stock springs. if so then leave the springs and buy some shocks....i would suggest the koni yellow/ groundcontrol combo but like you said its out of your price range

well the reason i want a cheaper set is coz i dont know how to install it myself so i have to take it to a garage or my nearest mobile dealer =P yeh go mobile =P ahem anyway how much do koni yellows go for are they the same as koni adjustables ? and i thought they were suspension or are they the same as the shocks ... mmm might go look it up in aus =P
if you have any mechanical experience springs are easy to install, if not look it up and get a buddy to help you out
btw ive run skunk2 coilovers and stock shock for two years and they've been fine, no problems, but new shocks are recomended

If you already notice it being excessively bouncy then there is a good chance it will get worse and worse as your shocks get more worn out until they blow.
If you like the lowered look and have some extra cash then I would go ahead and get some new shocks...if you don't think you need the adjustability of the Koni yellows you could always go with the Koni reds which are non-adjustable and alot cheaper but still great Koni quality.

koni reds are adjustable, you just have to take them off the car to adjust them. if you're looking for a relatively cheap, well-performing adjustable shock, check out KYB AGX. they can be had for around $325 for all four.
suspension is easy to install, check out the articles on http://www.team-integra.net, you'll find quite a bit of useful information.

i guess ill go home have a look at it tonite before it gets to dark actually wait how on earth will i find it behind my tyres =P i dont have to like remove them do i ?
removing you tire is easy as **** man. dont worry about it. Maybe neuspeed race...
if it doesnt say on the spring, idk what to tell you. You can check the apexi sight or you can just browse ebay for yellow springs.
let us know what kind of springs, and we'll let you know what kind of shocks you really need.
