I have noticed a sizeable drop in power and fuel economy (70 miles per tank less)in my 98 prelude SS. So i decided to pull the plugs and found them to be completely black with soot.. I think I am running way too rich.. Is there any way I can fix this problem without buying an air/fuel controller..? Whats the main cause of running so rich?
