Is DEA engine mount a stock mount?

Is DEA engine mount a stock mount?
Can someone pls advise me if DEA engine mounts are considered stock? I checked the Honda dealer site and the part numbers on DEA and dealer sites match ie. 50830-SM4-A81 for the radiator side. Just wanna be sure.
