Default what cams are a good upgrade

i got a 2000 integra type r, everything is stock, i want to get cams for it, what camshafts are better then stock. i do not want to change the springs or anything like that.

You should start off by getting the basic bolt ons, then learning about the motor more and at that point decide what direction you want to go.

I agree. Skunk2 S1's or Toda A's are good entry level cams not requiring you to change the valvetrain, but not the best mod to start with. Not that there is any specific order to mod your car but first I/H/E, then internals. my $0.02!
