axles breaking
I have a built itr motor in my car with an itr trans, my car is not to low it sits on tein ss stock settings for tein's. after i race sum 1 i go threw axles like its my job. i launch the car at 4500 rr's, with slipping the clutch.when i put the motor in my si i used the si halfshaft and axles. Do i have to use itr axles and halfshaft any help is great ... thanx

When I had an ITR swap last year, I used B16 axles all the time...you're not making enough power to "power kill" axles, it's the hop that will kill axles at the level you're at. If you were making 350-400 whp it might be a different story, but I would say traction bars would be your best option at THIS point.

when i swapped my ITR i used JDM itr axles and a ITR half shaft. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS. The only problem i had was with my Axel seal cuase the axle was stuck and i guess the seal ripped when i was pulling the axel out. If nothing else you cant go wrong with stock ITR specially if you are making less than 200hp to the wheels!

My ITR axles are fine, wheelhop and everything. 295 WHP/222 ft-lb.
