Default Question about motor mounts on 91 si hatch

I just dropped a d16z6 in my hatch and used all the stock motor mounts except the drivers side upper in which i used a mount from the motor. I was told that i should have used the stock mounts all the way around. do you guys think this will mess up my axles it drives fine and doesnt seem to be making any noise. or should i go though the hassle of puting the si mount back in ?
