Peeing dog
Ran into this doing a search for GMC Envoy Tire chains 
we call it the "peeing dog"
the 3-wheeler stunna air bag forums call it "dog legging"
looks like he's runnin a lot of rear bar
maybe we're not so different

It's even the same corner @ VIR. Stock rear springs are reputed to be in the 80-90# range, fronts something like 135#. Now they are 450/500# (F/R).
(Note here that if I were on the glasslike streets and roads of the great state of Hawaii, I'd double that.)
