Default Best place for wideband sensor

On the stock 323 gt exhaust manifold there is a place to put the wideband sensor right in the manifold(stock location), now is this a good idea, i worried because of the heat, should i mount it somewhere in the DP?

Is there a stock sensor there now? Will you be running a narrow band output to your ecu and replacing the stock sensor with the WB? A pic would really help us out since I would imagine not many people know that manifold...I dont

It's at least 24 inches and the sensor can withstand 850 celcius, which works out to around 1500 fahrenheit.

I put mine about 4' inch away from the turbo so it would be easy to get to and to keep from melting the sensor wires...is that alright? thx
