anyone else have an idm teg?
i recently found out my teg is an idm. iraqi domestic market. i have a b18c1 block but its a ls and a 1.9 liter. weird. if any1 knows more about this or was the guy who told me this bullshitting me? thanks

of you have an LS, you have a b18b1. If you have a GSR, you have a b18c1. If you have an LS with a 1.9 lrt engine that says b18c1, its bored out and if its in an LS, it was a motor swap. I honestly they even have integra's in iraq. Does it have a US vin? Someone is pulling your leg dude.

motor swap? i remember i started a thread a while ago to confirm if what i was driving was a GSR but mine wasent anything like this =P i had a B18C2 engine and that was just australias weird way of having an original Engine Block number =P can a GSR engine fit into a LS ? and also if it was a LS/vtec wouldent it still have the Engine Block of a LS with like GSR pistons or somthing ? (unsure about that never seen a frankenstine engine)

Yeah, I remember that thread, you have the clean GSR with the bronze volk te-37s, yumm. Well yes a GSR motor will fit in an LS, as any b-series motor will fit integras with little or no modification. It is pretty much a direct swap. If it was a LS/VTEC then it would have a B18B1 block with some VTEC head.
