Has anyone used the burns mufflers? I Know that people are using their pipes and stuff, but I want to know how the race mufflers compare with other companies out there.. Specificaly related to noise. How loud are they?

my uncle has the burns muffler on his race car, it exits out the passenger door, surprisingly it's actually quieter than most of the other cars in his class.

 

I used a 4 in burns muffler on a 4 in exhaust for a evo8, came out alright, zero restriction, and sounds decent

 

pushed 630whp through it

 

Thanks guys for all the help sorry i didn't catch this topic sooner.

Our race mufflers our specifically designed to reduce sound if you pay close attention to the perforracted core you will notice it has a whole lot of small perforations as opposed to less larger ones this allows for a larger suraface area which = less sound.

We haven't had a chance to do any DB testing yet although we really want too if you have any further questions pelase let me know how i can help you!
