Default powerband?

i was wondering because i just cant remeber but where does vtec engage on a 5th gen 01 and also where is the preludes powerband and where does it make most of its torque? thanks

engages at around 5300 rpm. Max torque mad around 5500 or so. It makes the most power right at 7000 rpm or so...but dont shift there, shift at redline to take advantage of gearing.



check this out, it is a stock dyno, and then a jackson racing supercharged dyno, either way, it shows the dyno of a stock lude.

wheres the redline ? and where would u recomend shifting?

Redline 7400 shift just before it say 7200 before it enters Redzone.
