Default Choosing Calipers

Hi all- Ive got a 98 Accord V6. Its been a great car but one of the rear calipers just blew a gasket forcing me to replace the whole thing. Ive heard you should ALWAYS replace pairs of calipers (never just one) is this true?

Also, can anyone make a recommendation on where to buy new calipers? Ive been looking on the web and there seems to be a wide price range $60-$150...(before core charge) what experiences have you all had w/aftermarket calipers? Would buying a $60 caliper from NAPA be a big mistake??? Thanks in advance for the recommendations on this!
