OBD0 IACV: Will it fit??? Need to know ASAP!!!!!!!!!

I need a new IACV and I might be able to get one from another member. The one that he is sellin is from a OBD0 b16a but my car is OBD0 b18a. I need one bad but I'm not sure if they are interchangeable? Thanks for any help guys!!!
