Default B18c5 with Toda spec b's or c's

Hi, my friend has a b18c5 and currently it has eagle rods, JE 12.0:1 pistons, toda valve springs/retainers and skunk 2 cam gears. Would that be suitable to run Toda Spec C's or would B's be more on the safer side? Also a power enterprise timing belt.

that would be a great compression for b's. are those pistons he's running off the shelf pistons or custom?
