yes buddy, it's complete and utter bullsheeeet. you'll find many a post on h-t about this thing, where ppl ask the same question. think about it this way: if it sounds too good to be true, it prolly is. intake/header/exhaust will give you some power, but you'll be spending some real money. this is only 10bux. 20hp? maybe in the land of barney and pretend-play
