I heared that the v-afc doesnt work on the 4 cyl. v-tec accord motors but i can find anything about it not working i was seeing if anyone has tried it and the results.

 

accords control their vtec differently. you lose some functionality. the vafc is more for fuel tuning on an accord.

 

so that means not really hp gains right just gas saving

 

if you were running some sort of setup that required more fuel to be injected into the mixture, then you could use the VAFC as hack to do so. its not the best thing to use in the world. as for a stock car its completely useless

 

Does the search button work on Honda-Tech?

 

the vafc is not going to do **** but waste your money for a control unit that looks realy cool, i called apexi and spoke to their techs and they said that it won't work for my honda, 99 accord 4cyl ex, which is no big surprise, but the techs told me not to even try to **** around with it. and that's coming from apexi, so if you want to know for sure call their techs.
