You heard it right... any interest in Road Atlanta for '02? I think they might still have some weekend spots left for '02. (Or, we could run Friday...)

I know many will be interested, unless there is already an event scheduled for ITR/H-T members @ R.A. . Possibly S.E. ITR/H-T meet?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. It's time for some real action.

Seriously though, if it's in like February or March on a nice day then I say let's do it! But as always, cost is an issue. And there are things to consider like tires, brake pads, brake fluid, track fee's, etc... I'm down for the cause!

I'd be interested in this ... but isnt RA expensive to rent? especially on a weekend? also, wouldn't you have to get an ambo, insurance, etc out there?
also, would you get a chief instructor, etc?

Sean, that track is soooooo exspensive to rent. Why not run at a track day sponsored by RA? The cost is $225 for a Sat run and $500 for both days. The dates are at http://www.panozracingschool.com/TrackDays_Schedule.asp I've been three times and it's a blast!

I was planning on making the trip tp RA in 2002 anyway, Lets get some dates here. I need some newtracks to race on. BTW is there any places in ATL tht will rent M3's for a day? It might be easier to rent than to trailer my car down from NJ

I know this is kinda late notice, but World Cars is having a track day there in January. Its not that expensive to run with World Cars either...they do the track events at AMS which I run every year. Great people.

Also, on their site it says intermediates run on sat and advanced run on sun so i'm assuming we'd only be able to do sat, correct?
