Default Recomended upgrades??

Whats up guys and the occasional lady...

Right now I have an 01 prelude sh, With skunk 2 cat back exhaust high flow cat converter dc headers AEM ram intake and msd ignition timing. I am getting a skunk 2 intake manifold next week.

Would a cold air intake make much of a diffrence?

Does anybody have any recommendations on parts that I could upgrade or buy for under $400 that would help with low end or total hp.

I am trying to push over 300 hp so any suggestions that worked for you or good ideas would be a help.

No nos or turbo, (Engin not ready for that yet)
