Default Skunk2 stage 2 compression craving?

How much do you guys think stage 2 needs as in compression. I have a gsr and was thinking of going ctr pistin. Do you guys think that'll bump enough with a mill head?

ya thats enought compression, try searching usually. 11.5 and up compression is good. those ctrs in a gsr will be around 12.0 +

12:1 cr would be perfect for those cams. I wouldn't mill the head either.

Don't run ctr or mill the head the compression will be way to high.

The sweet spot compression wise for those cams is around 11.8:1 if u use a dynamic compression ratio calculator (correct me if im wrong), so 12:1 isn't really too much.

If you use a compression ratio calculator such as the one on http://www.c-speedracing.com, the cr is around 12:1.

C-speeds compression calculator is incorrect in regards to PCT pistons! See the above link ^^^^

Welp a year later with the CTR piston in my motor it BLEW....It loved the 13.1 compression for about a year and it gave me the MIDDLE FINGER....haha...I was now thinking about using PR3 pistons where my compression should be at 11.28, or should i get p30 to bump it up to 11.5. I'm also planning to hit the nitrous button eventually. So i'm leaning toward the PR3 for lower compresson safer for Nitrous..Whats your thoughts on that?

I have block's and heads for sale. 13.4-1 sounds like a good number. IM me for parts. After the button.
