Control Arms? Replace or new bushings?
Hey everyone! This is my first post on here....so whassssssup!!
I have a '91 CRX SI, exhaust, intake, upper stress bar, Tokico/Eibach suspension and I have a question about the control arms. Will I be okay by just replacing all the bushings in all the control arms or do I need to replace the actual arms themselves?
My thought is that I will be fine with some Poly bushings but wanted to get some opinions.
Thoughts and comments are welcomed. THANKS!

you can replace the bushings...
since i wanted oem honda bushings, i just bought the new control arms for 120 for the pair for the rear...saves time and work...

Hmmmm. Now you got me thinking. Does all Poly squeak and does it make the ride that rigid? I don't think I'd mind the stiff ride, but they squeaking might be annoying....
thanks for the input....

Lots of lube is very important! You can control the squeak but the ride is firmer/harsher or...well.....different. I've had poly for two years and no squeak.

I know that alot of guys here on HT go with the the OEM honda bushings, or the Mugen rubber bushings. I remember there was a thread on this a while back, do a search for it, all the questions you have will be answered there
Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the type R lower contol arms fit on the crx...or was that the EG chassis??? I'm assuming this would be an improvement?

I have not lubed them since install. The prothane bushings I used came with lube and I used all of it. This stuff works well too
