Default misfireing at 17PSI ?

We are running b16a2 wit a 8.2cr , 0.75°retard per PSI , original sparksplugs and the a/f-ratio is roundabout 12.5:1 at this point. When the car reaches 16-17psi we got misfire. If we run with 13-14PSI we got no problems.

Any ideas or oppinions?

I´m not sure what size the gap is but it is just the original spark plug (think it was NGK-bkr6n) with 6000miles on it.

Is it a good decision to take a colder one or to change the gap?
