Heater Fan Question,
Brushes are usually the culprit. Put fan speed on high and thump the blower housing firmly w/ your hand. If the fan comes on, bad brushes are confirmed. If not check the wiring to insure you have power to the fan motor.

ok so i got the fan to work again!!! YAY!!! bad brushes is the culprit??? how do i fix brushes? anyways new problem, now i got no heat, and my long lost friend air conditioning works again!! but now its winter and its freakin cold, i need heat!!! any ideas???
Fan motors cannot be easily repaired by DIY. I tried once and actually managed to repair one, but it only lasted a few months. The commutator needs to be turned in a lathe to get a perfectly round surface for the brushes to contact, and you probably need to replace the oiled bronze bushings (i didn't do this). In any case, a used or rebuilt fan motor is a better option. Check ebay for both options.
These motors are over $200 from Honda. They are fine motors, but not worth that kind of price.
good luck
