Default Hi, I'm new with a few questions.

Hi everyone, my name is Danoush and I'm new not only to the Prelude/Honda tuning scene, but also to the Japanese scene as well. I had a few questions now that I got my first car, a 2000 Honda Prelude H22 (I am 18). Most of my questions will pertain to suspension, tires, and wheels.

What my objective is with this car is to make it an AutoX/track car. So I would like to know what is the best suspension upgrade I can do, H&R, Tein, etc etc. What I exactly need to make it a even better handling car. I really want to upgrade suspenion first of all. If you have any other suspension upgrade ideas please feel free to tell me (cross bar, sways, etc)

Secondly I would like to get some tire recommendations that are very grippy, and wet grip really isn't an issue (live in California!). Also in the department of wheels I would like to know what are some really good looking and even more importantly light weight wheels.

Also some really good brake kit suggetions are really appreciated.

Lastly, some engine modifications are obviously on order, tell me all and everything I can do to extract HP from the H22 without FI or Nitrious systems (althought a nitrous system maybe in the future).

Once again, thank you and I've read through a few of the threads and it seems to be a very helpful and enthusiastic community. Thanks again.

Danoush.

welcome to honda-tech. Read the forum rules before making any more posts.

Also, the search button in the upper right hand corner of your browser, is and will always be, your very best friend.

There are quite a few suspension setups out there, it all depends what your budget is. Try hittin that good ol search button
