I have no direct experience with doing this, but the A'PEXi lists the same part number for their '92-'00 Civic exhausts (excluding the H/B), so I assume it will fit fine.

they don't really fit perfectly i have a 95 ex and i bought an exhaust that's supposed to fit the coupes from 92-00 and it turned out to be a little to long and i had to but the bumper a little...but i wasn't really off by much

It should fit fine. Coupes/4 doors are the same length.
