B series intake manifolds

B series intake manifolds and throttle bodies...HELP!!!
OK, on 1st Gen B16's there's a fast idle valve mounted below the throttle body but not attached. On OBD1 B series, the valve is attached to the throttle body correct? I'm getting an AEBS intake manifold and I think I'll need a later style throttle body w/attached idle valve but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated.

By later you mean OBD1 right ? because i've read that OBD2 TB's don't have the FITV on the TB either.
