Default Laguna Seca..who's game?

I got this from Greg Stevens, the organizer of the event. It was going to be an s2k only event but it seems he would like to open it up to some 'talented' ITR guys... I am cut and pasting the info I got. lemmie know if you wanna go I'm going in the new s2k!

Re: Laguna Seca
Faisal,

Great news about wanting to join the club and our day at Laguna Seca. The event costs non-S2KCA members 235 dollars and membership to the S2KCA is an annual fee of 35 dollars. Check out http://www.s2kca.com for details on the club, benefits as well as the application form. You are directed to the payment page after you submit your application.

And for Laguna, we have several slots remaining, so use this page to register...
http://www.s2kca.com/NMLSRegistration.htm

And likewise, you will be directed to the payment page after your application has been filled out.

In case you know any talented ITR guys who would like to attend the event at Laguna, let me know! We think we have just about maxed out the number of S2000's coming and we need to fill the remainder...

Let me know about what you want to do and if there is anything you need help on, just say the word...and get back to me on the ITR guys coming out...that would be cool.

Thanks!
g

Man, I wish I could go.

I've got one sentence for all ITR owners...

"Go get those S2000's!"

no comment on his "talented" remarks. I think the S2000 owners are the ones that will need the talent at Laguna! lol
I would do it, but those stupid noise restrictions at these paid events will get my car. The only time I can sneak my car on the track is after I finish racing with skip barber and after begging them for a couple quick laps.
I believe that the day before the event I will be finishing a time trial event that I'm doing for Skip Barber for their video magazine at Laguna so I will probably attend and check it out. Who knows, maybe I can borrow my friends S2000 and race.

Boy, you guys sure are picky with words!

Seriously, we would love to have you guys come out for the event. It's gonna be a real blast. If you have any questions, check out the S2000 Club of America's forum on s2ki.com at http://www.s2ki.com/forums/forumdisp...?s=&forumid=51

And you can email me at greg@s2kca.com ...

The only thing is that we just opened the event up to non-S2000's and don't have a lot of slots left...if you want to get in, you would be best to get in sooner than later.

See you at Laguna!

BTW, I admire your cars...!

Remember boys and girls, this isn't a race....it's driver's education!

We will have 20 instuctors at the track for the event. So, factor that into your decision...

Hey guys, slots are filling up...if you want in, you better get in ASAP. We'd love to have you Canadians come down! We have people driving from Chicago (not me, I'm flying in) and Dallas...I wonder who will be driving the farthest?

So, get your application and payment in today if you can come, I can't say how much longer it will be open...!
