Default Catalytic Converter

My cats are going out, so, what cats are recommended by the club? I
want some that are high flow and I know Magnaflow makes them? If
there are other companies, let me know and I'll check into them.

I also want to put a new exhaust system on my car. Once again, I know
Magnaflow makes a complete stainless steel kit for my car. I don't
want these big *** mufflers on my car like I see on some imports
around town. But, I wouldn't mind some rumble up in the RPMs. Any
suggestions are appreciated.

First of all, welcome to Honda-Tech.

Please, search for a question you have before posting it. Chances are it's been covered before.

As for your questions..

run a search for Catalytic Converter and you'll find a thread thats not to old that talk about the same thing you asked. Personally, I have a cat from SRD. They made it for me and sent it next day air for $175 total. It was a good price and a good product.

As for the exhaust, please read the Guide to Basic Accords. You'll find some good info about exhaust systems. I like the APEXi World Sport for its quiet but noticable tone and it's sporty stock look.

Edit:
Here's the most recent thread on catalytic converters, it's not the same as you're question but it does talk about different manufactures of cats. If you run a search in the archives you'll get 17 more results to look through.

Hope this helps.

unless your running equal length 4-2-1 header and 2.5" piping all the way from the collector back, theres really no reason to get a "high flow cat" unless its cheaper than OEM....think of it, wider diameter cat will make the exhaust pipping look like:

|muffler|========<cat>==header

a bulge like that in the piping is not gonna do you any good but distrupt air flow....
