Just picked up this vx with 110k on the clock. I'm not sure if the timing belt has been replaced so I'm going to go ahead and change it out. I'll pick up a book (chiltons, hanes, etc.) but I figured I'd ask: are there any gotcha's? Will I need any special tools? Any helpful tricks? Just covering my bases, thanks.

 

no real tricks to it just don't get fustrated, just take your time.

 

The real problem you run into is removing the crank pulley. Just search for crank pulley because I'm sure the it's been posted a dozen times.
