So these long prelude gears are driving me nuts. I've done a search of this forum to see if anyone has tried swapping out the final drive but couldn't find any information. Anyone know if someone makes a 4.4 to 4.7 FD? I tried some of the bigger company websites and found a few b-series gear swaps but nothing for an H22A.

 

prodrive makes an FD kit.

 

I seriously considered putting an Accord F22 final gear into my H22 tranny. I decided not to at this moment. When I finish my 240SX for track use and make my Prelude more for daily driving, I will probably eventually do the gear swap.

 

Feel like such a ***. Can't find any online retailers that carry the prodrive kit. prodrive.com wasn't much help either.
