Default tire question

im ordering some tires off of tires.com and they recommend that whenever u replace tires u should also replace it with new tire valve stem...is that really necessary? its extra 12bucks to replace em...

12 bucks? In Norway its normal to get them for free when you buy/install tires.

Which just means that the price of valvestems is hidden in the overall install price...

wow
that's messed up
here in MA whenever tire gets replaced valve stem is part of remove/mount
and only thing you have to pay extra is for chrome/metal stems which are $5 extra
remove/mount cost $20/tire

i often do it myself at work tho hehe
