I dont know what the Problem, think tranny
K so sitting at a stop light, clutch in, car in first gear. Start to roll back, clutch still in, car jerks forward, any ideas, cause i am clueless.

So your clutch is trying to engage without you lifting the pedal? I guess first I'd check the action of the slave cylinder on the throw-out fork. Have someone pump the pedal while you watch, then hold the pedal down. If the MC is going bad, your T-O fork will slowly move back towards the slave instead of staying out like it should.
If that's OK, then maybe you'll have to take off the tranny to look at the clutch & pressure plate.
