all fuses were fine. However, I did find one spent 40 fuse under the hood next to the battery but it was in a "optional" spot. I tried traking a good 40 fuse and replaced it but there was no difference in the car at all. So I out it all back. I checked the fuse box under the steerig wheel and the only one that seems even remotely related to the blower was the ac one, It was fine.
So is it time to replace the blower?

I'd first check to make sure that you are getting power on the positive wire to the blower motor.
I just replaced mine. The wire you need to test is the blue/white on an EK. I don't know if it's the same for the EG.
Look under the dash, and remove the connector from the blower motor, then take a volt-meter and touch one end to a good ground and put the other in the blue/white wire side of the connector. Turn the car to the "ON" position and check for your 12v. I've never heard of a blower motor just dying. Mine was on it's way out for over a year before I replaced it.

what do you mean by it was on its way out? Way it making some noises or what? Mine sorta had a ticking to it for a long time because I almost always left on on the 4 position to help cover some noise from from horrid sounding exhaust.

Yeah, mine would howl if you didn't leave it all the way up. It wasn't anything stuck in the actual "basket" or whatever it's technically called where leaves and stuff gets stuck. I had it out multiple times and it was the actual motor in the bottom of it.

3 10mm bolts and it drops right out. If you buy one from Autozone or whatever you have to remove the "basket" I was talking about and reuse it.
