Default OIL in cylinder one wtf!

Engine:JDM B16a 1st gen- Car: '93 dx4dr-
Was changing my spark plugs today, pulled out plug from #1 and there was oil in it, and on the plug threads, and oily deposits on my electrode (SOAB)! So I'm guessing its either a cracked cylinder, worn valve guides, or bad piston rings. Oh yeah other 3 cyl are showing normal wear. Any opinions???

See the thing is,....I just used seafoam last week, (vacum line/gas/crankcase etc... changed the oil the next day. So maybe seafoam is the cause??? I dont know it was my first time using the sh!%, it worked good tho, well besides the dumb *** neighbor calling the FIRE DEPARTMENT!!! and of course the two cops start ****** around, "Is that a legal set up, rev it for us, your muffler is "customized" is it dot approved 50 state legal,
I got annoyed got smart with 'em replied..."The liscense plate is ny, my inspection is ny,
my DRIVERS liscence is ny, hmmm, it must be legal in NY. got a ticket for disturbing the peace, and customized muffler- fu#$#@@$%%$@ Fart cans! had to vent

you need to kick your neighbors ***. Did you make it clear to your neighbor after the cops left that you were pissed and he/she caused you to get a ticket?

i would say do a compression and leakdown test. usualy in the case of oil siting on top of the piston, its worn rings or theres a chance theres a crank in the head gasket. usualy if its a valve stem seal it wont allow oil to leak into the cylinder with the engine off. does it smoke when its running, or when you sit a light for a minute, and take off does it somke?

After i changed the plugs today was the 1st time she smoked at idle, not bad, just alittle clear white puffs smelled of gas.

replace the o-rings that seats under the valve cover. pull them off and see if the rubber is hard.
