Top half of h23 intake manifold on f22a6

Top half of h23 intake manifold on f22a6
Okay so I have searched and searched maybe suck at it but whatever.
I bought a h23 intake manifold and tryed to put the top half of it onto my f22a6 in my accord. Well that was easy but then came the TB issuse. I try for the f22 TB and it's a no go(the studs and holes don't line up)...
I then think a bit a try a spare f22b1 TB. It lines up! Sweet! Well the top half was off at that time and I try bolting it up. Damnit! The butterfly Pulley? is too long and hits my fuel feed line. So that can't work.
My mission is to end the question of will the h23 top half of the manifold only fit with the h23/h22 TB in a 4th gen, f22a6 powered accord.
