Default yes my 89 si h/b really does have 77k miles on it

from another thread, i finally got around to uploading a photo i took last week while driving - still need to get some of the actual car

i bought it w/ 76,4xx on it about 6-8 weeks ago - from a small local dealer who got it at a local estate auction - apperantly some lil old lady owned it and died - he showed me the death cert (a copy of it)

there is virtually no wear to the interior of this car and you can eat out of the engine bay

ill try to get some pix this weekend - it needs a bath

100% bone stock, and white to boot

i don't even know if i wanna put any aftermarket parts on this thing its so clean

I think you statment just made me dumberer

So, here is what you do. Rent a storage unit big enough for it. Put it in there and turn it over every two weeks. Now go buy another Honda with MORE miles to play with.

That's in Jersey though, just wait till the hatchs start dying off, and how many SI Hatchs do you see driving around? Here in Florida I would say your numbers are reversed, everyone loves a CRX but hates a Hatch.

Suprisingly, no. Even with all the rain and occasionally the coastal air, rust is rather rare unless you are talking about bare metal; even the wrecks in the salvage yards don't rust for quite some time. That is in Central Florida where I normally am. Here in Miami, I haven't got a chance to look for them too much, so I can't say the same thing but I will say that the main rust catalyst on our cars is salt, whether it be salt on the road or salt on the air. If you can avoid both, then you are set to go

Same way here in TX.

I've seen about 10 CRX SI's in the last month, and ZERO Civic Si's.

To find an 89 SI like that is GOLD! That's so awesome, I'm jealous.
