what do u peeps think about the best point for vtec??

Depends on your set-up. If its stock leave it alone.

Stock = Stock

I can tell this is hard to figure out, but with some explanation this will seem like butter.

The car is created and Shipped to the dealer.
The car is then detailed and presenTed for sale.
YOu or a previous owner bought the car.
The Car is then driven and flogged at will.
Then you asK if the car is Stock.
