I was just curious if you could put a 2000 type r head on a b20 block and still use the pr3 ecu or if you would have to use a different ecu say obd1 or 2 any answers would be great thanks.

 

Yes it will. But it would be nice to get a fuel controller also. I used to run a pwo on my r motor until I got a pr4 us ls ecu and had skunk put their vtec program in it(they cant chip the pr3 or the pwo for some reason), and I use a vafc to actually activate the vtec(vtec fuel and timing are in the program it just doesnt have the output for vtec). I have another package deal for you sine I will be upgrading to hondata. Skunk ecu + vafc + cmasters 6puck clutch and pressure plate for 550.00. This package was for someone else but it look's like their going to flake. Heh , buy my head and this and I'll throw in a set of Toda spec b's with valve springs for anothe 1000.00 Then you will have a totally sick set up

 

yeah i cant afford all that stuff i have a field vtec controller with a chipped pr3 well for right now i cant buy nothing i gotta use most of my money to go back home for a couple of weeks i was gonna buy your head i feel bad now cause i didn't i just had to many things to do find out where i was gonna move im still moving to cali but not till the end of january.
