It's worth it man. Is the car paid off and all of that good stuff? If so then pimp it out because you don't have a car payment, and if you were to get a new car say hello to the payments. Basic intake/headers/exhaust will probably be a good start for you. Like urban said though, please take advantage of the search feature.

I will also note(like I do each time this question pops up) take some time to learn what you can about the car, Fule injection, ECU's, etc. It makes for easier modding and you will know and understand more about what certain mods do.

Getting significant power gains for these motors is expensive (unless you go NOS). A little money on the suspension, however, and you can get your car to handle better than most sports cars.

hey take it from me souping up a accord is worthless personally!!! u can only make them look good unless u spend tons of money on a H22A, H23A, turbo or NOS!!! if i were u i'd get a diff. car either something with a DOHC VTEC, turbo, or larger displacement. that's my .02 cents!!!

i agree, they have shitty power and upgrading them takes too much money unless you swap.

All Honda's don't have any power after riding in a V8...... power is relative to the car, the driver is what makes the biggest difference

Ok, I'll make this simple:
$3000-$5000 for H22/H23 swap = mid 15 second 1/4
$3000-$5000 for turbo/sc = mid 15 second 1/4
$????-$????? for ECU upgrade = low second 16
$800-$1500 for Inake/Headers/exhaust/free flow cat = high 15 second 1/4
$10,000 for swap + turbo/sc (questionable to do) = low 15 second 1/4
Going all out and spending $25,000 for all upgradable parts, lightening of everything, and upgrading everything possible, you might hit high 12 second 1/4
Saving that money on a brand new RSX Type R = Priceless

Beyond this little arguement here the most imortant question you need to answer is what do you want to do with the car? Show or go? That is the first place to start.

uhh, an h22 in an accord will do a hell of a lot better than 15's! and an accord with a TURBO h22 would do at least 12's, not low 15's.
