I setup the dsbc like the instructions said. I set the first stage to 10psi. When i went to set the second stage it wont boost past the wastegate spring (.5bar) no matter if the screw for it is all the way in, in the middle or all the way out.
It worked last week with the same setup.
The solinoid clicks and everything when i flip the switch.
It almost seems like its just leaking right out of the mbc. Is that possible with this one?

 

ive heard of turboxs bc's leaking from the rubber orings. try taking off the orings, sticking some gasket sealant in there, put the oring back on and then throw a ziptie around it. might work, but its ghetto....

 

Where are the o-rings at? Shouldn't i be able to send this back to have it fixed? I dont want to mess anything up any worse.

Its definitely the boost controller. I got a greddy tvvc mbc and that one hold boost fine. When i drove last nite with the turboxs one hooked up the 1 stage now is dropping. It when from 10 to 8 after only driving acouple of miles.
I think its leaking from the seal between the first and second stage of the mbc. They have some shitty plastic ring and alittle locktite it looks like. Can i just replace the plastic rings with some rubber o-rings. I'm thinking that should fix it.
